The KV Road Runners are a casual group of runners who meet twice a week for fun and fitness. Fast or slow, long or short, competitive or recreational… everyone is welcome and there is a place for all. See our Facebook Page at KV Road Runners We meet:
Tuesday 6:30 at Fairvale Elementary School in the winter months and in various locations in the summer (see schedule below)
- April 9 at 6:30 meet at K-Park for a Tempo Run session
- April 16 at 6:30 meet at the Renforth Wharf for some Hill Work
- April 23 at 6:30 meet at the Comex Parking Lot near McEsso for a 5-km time trial
- April 30 at 6:30 meet at the Track at the Q-Plex (outside by Soccer Field) for speed work
Sunday 9:30 am (10:00 am in winter) we meet at Java Moose in Rothesay and usually stay on for some social time at Java Moose or the nearby Foghorn Brew Pub.
